YAY My first deviation! I took a picture of Shino (while he was kicking Kankurou's arse in the anime) and took a picture. Then I sketched it, scanned it, lined it, made some crappy coloring and then vectored it, and then added a single layer of shading. I wanted an army of butterflies to be in the background, but then I figured clouds and a ghost of a single butterly would be cool too.

Please don't distribute anywhere else, the label with my name I put became so small its hard to read (it's in Shino's hair or somewhere i forgot >_<;). This was originally 10x (I work huge so nobody notices my horrible lining skills hah).

Short Edit:
Unfortunately old desktop monitors cannot see all the colors put into this deviation, something I just noticed by scanning my deviant profile and discovering Shino has a black backdrop! Sob! If you save this onto your PSP or view it on a laptop screen with True Color you will notice that he is in front of clouds. The butterfly is hard to make out too... meh

I see ur label, its ontop of his forehead protector, im not a big fan of this, but i like shino, I think mabye a more colorful background and the army of butterflies but have been nicer but thats my opinion, great job though i jsut think more colour but ya the shadow of the butterfly was cool

Yeah I would have loved a crazy amount of butterflies flowing and some bugs coming from his sleeves or something, but I couldn't find the brushes I wanted. I'm really picky, so the butterfly brushes didn't suit me... I ended up making my own brush, which I don't really know how to do, and it didn't turn out well so I just put one butterfly.

I didn't want to have a colorful background because it would be hard to give a good one for shino... he doesn't really have a theme other than dark, you know?
